SRCC has neither the resources nor authority to address this issue. Both city and county have several regulations regarding the installation and maintenance of these structures along with the exclusion of roosters and free-range fowl. Residents having a chicken or similar coop must have a permit by the city of Naperville (Animal Control Code 10-4-6) or County of DuPage (Ordinance T-1-20) depending on the homeowners' address.
