Pool Replacement 2025
Finalization of the pool design will occur at the April Town Hall meeting, April 11, 2024.
Click on the Pool Presentation button to view the information shared to the community on November 9, 2023. The document contains conceptual drawings of the new 4 lane pool and anticipated costs along with comparisons to a competitive 6 lane pool.
SRCC has voted to move forward with the 4 lane design that is similar to the existing pool.
Hen coops attracting pests and wildlife
Rats and other rodents, raccoons, fox and coyote issues have been reported to the Steeple Run Board of Directors relating to residents who have established chicken coops in the neighborhood. SRCC has neither the resources nor authority to address this issue.
Both city and county have several regulations regarding the installation and maintenance of these structures along with the exclusion of roosters and free-range fowl. Residents having a chicken or similar coop must have a permit by the city of Naperville (Animal Control Code 10-4-6) or County of DuPage (Ordinance T-1-20) depending on the homeowners' address.
Further information or an expression of concern, can be obtained via County of DuPage Building & Permits at (630) 407-6700 or the City of Naperville at (630) 420-6178.
