The September issue of The Views is available
The following Board Members have asked to be reelected to the Steeple Run Community Council
Thank you for volunteering your time and talents to our community.
There are still two open seats on the Board.
Please be advised that the 2020 Assessment Mailing will take place in October 2019. Assessments will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service. Postcards were mailed earlier this year with details on the payment plans that will be available. Payment plan information can also be
found on our website.
The 2020 SRCC Budget was approved. Payment will be due January 31, 2020. The assessment for standard units is $585 and Rentals is $625. Interest and Administrative fees begin to accrue on February 1, 2020. Unpaid assessments will be turned over to a collection agency on April 15, 2020 with a 33% fee added.
The assessment policy has also changed where interest and fees are recognized first when payments are received, leaving the unpaid assessment balance to continue to collect interest.
A mailing outlining the 2020 Budget via the US Postal Service will occur within the October/November 2019 time frame. This is in accordance to the SRCC Covenants and By-Laws.
We can prepay our 2020 assessments through our PayLease provider using the six-month autopay option. Our first payment must be made by August 31, 2019. Again, assessments must be paid in full by January 31, 2020.
The 2019 SRCC Elections are here. Six positions are up for election. A Board Member's term is three years. There are two shorter terms available.
If you wish to run for a seat on the board, please submit in writing your letter of intent. These letters are due August 24th by 1:00PM. Letters will be printed in The Views and may be posted to our website.
If an election is required, voting will be September 7, 9, 10 and 11 with the results recognized at the September Board Meeting.
