​Important 2024 Pool Information

Pool Passes

Please contact the Steeple Run office for information on renewing your pool pass. Pool passes are required in order to use the pool. Proof of residency is required. Pool passes are only valid for two years. If you rent, your pool pass expires each year. Renters must have a valid Delegation of Rights on file in order to have use of the pool.

The pool is seasonally open every day from 12 to 8pm.

The pool will close for the season on Labor Day at 5pm.

Steeple Run Community Pool Rental Options

Please contact the Clubhouse for current rental and lifeguard fees.

Option 1- Regular Pool Hours Party 
Just buy guest passes for your non-resident friends. If you plan to have more than 20 people, let us know so that we can plan for the appropriate number of lifeguards. Please refer to the current rates for Guest Passes. The 10-use card is valid for the current season only. No refunds are given on unused portions. 

Option 2-Private Pool Party and Clubhouse Rental 
You may rent one or two rooms and the pool. The private pool party is from 8-10 pm, after normal pool hours end. There is no per-guest fee when guests swim from 8-10 pm. There is a two-guard minimum for a total guest count not exceeding 50 people. Additional guards will be required for more than 50 guests in the pool and/or on the pool deck.

Option 3 – Private Pool Party Rental 
You may rent the pool for an after-hours pool party from 8-10 pm. There is a two-guard minimum for a total guest count not exceeding 50 people. Additional guards will be required for more than 50 guests in the pool and/or on the pool deck.
