The minutes of the Steeple Run Board meetings within this site are incomplete as they do not contain official reports or details relating to contracts and/or bids. Official minutes are available for viewing at the Steeple Run Clubhouse.
Minutes are approved at the next monthly Board Meeting following of when the original meeting of the events that took place. For example, the minutes of the May meeting are reviewed amended then approved during the June meeting. Upon approval, the minutes' document may be posted to this web site.
